Refund policy
All sales are final. We only issue refunds for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item(s) were shipped. Refunds are not issued past 30 days of order date. To be eligible for a refund under these circumstances, you must first email us within the first 30 days of the order date providing proof of items damaged in transit or proof of receiving incorrect order.
In cases where an order is confirmed as shipped and packaged is confirmed as delivered but you never received it, you must file a missing package claim with your mail carrier.
